To save you time, help maximize your time and make sure your holiday runs smoothly from the minute you arrive we are very pleased to offer you the following services:

Ski passes

We can pre order and collect you ski passes for you in advance.  They will be waiting for you, along with ski maps, in your room when you arrive.  We will need to have full payment for the passes 72 hours in advance or if you are happy to do so you can pay along with your final accommodation payment.

Ski/Snowboard equipment hire

For all your ski/snowboard hire we highly recommend Doorstep Skis (www.doorstepskis.com). On arrival at the chalet, at a time convenient to you, Doorstep Skis will meet you at the chalet, bringing your ski/snowboard hire equipment for fitting and fine tuning in the comfort of your accommodation.

They operate around the clock, so no matter how late or early you arrive, they're always at hand to get you fitted and ready to hit the slopes.

At the end of your holiday they'll collect all your equipment from the chalet.

Airport transfers

To make your transfer from Geneva Airport a stress free one we highly recommend the services of Ski-Lifts.com. Ski-Lifts will meet you as you come into Geneva Airport arrivals and bring you directly to the chalet. Their prices are very competitive and they offer an exceptional service.

Tailored Catering Service

Chalet La Savoyarde is offered on a self catering basis giving you the freedom to pick and chose what you do and when you do it – including meals.

Grocery Packs

It’s no fun arriving at your self catered accommodation – tired and hungry – only to find that you can’t have that refreshing cup of tea, a slice of bread and cheese or a bowl of cereal because you need to go to the supermarket to buy some essentials groceries. Well worry no more, we have the perfect solution!

Creche/Nursery/Babysitting

We are pleased to be able to recommend the following crèche, nursery and babysitting facilities and would strongly recommend booking in advance during peak times as places are highly in demand:

www.esf-morzine.com.  The crèche “Le Club des Piou-Piou” is for children aged 3 to 14 years.  Leisure activities are organized by trained staff, either indoors or outdoors depending on the weather.  Children can also eat there.

www.outa-morzine.com.  The crèche accepts children from 3 months to 6 years.

www.cheekymonkeysmorzine.com.  This nursery provides qualified nannies to care for your children either at our chalet or at theirs.  They also offer babysitting services.

Massage Therapy

After a long hard day on the slopes what could be better than a massage therapy in the comfort of your own room.  Lucy Moon Massage Therapy can offer treatments tailored to suit your needs.  Choose from back, shoulders, neck, face, legs, feet, arms, hands and abdomen with a selection of blended aromatherapy oils.
