To save you time, help maximize your time and make sure your holiday runs smoothly from the minute you arrive we are very pleased to offer you the following services:

Ski passes *

We can pre order and collect you ski passes for you in advance.  They will be waiting for you, along with ski maps, in your room when you arrive.  We will need to have full payment for the passes 72 hours in advance or if you are happy to do so you can pay along with your final accommodation payment.

Ski equipment hire

For all your ski equipment hire we highly recommend All Mountain Rental.  They are a specialist Ski/Snowboard hire shop based in Morzine, who stock high quality up to date equipment for all standards from junior beginner’s right up to adult expert.  They also specialize in "backcountry" kit and have a range of skis fitted with touring bindings and skins for those epic off-piste adventures.
They can offer you the following:

• High quality equipment from leading manufacturers
• Expertly prepared and fully serviced
• An easy to use online booking system
• Equipment delivery to your accommodation
• Equipment collected at the end of your stay
• Late night opening until 10pm on Saturday nights allowing you to be first on the slopes on Sunday morning.

We strongly recommend that you pre book your ski equipment in advance of your holiday to avoid disappointment and ensure you get the best kit.

Airport transfers*

We are very happy to arrange return airport transfers to/from Geneva Airport to the Chalet on your behalf.  We use a number of reputable local companies in Morzine and can guarantee that we will get you the best possible price for your transfers.

Depending on the number of people in your party transfer rates can vary – the more people in your party the less you pay.  We would suggest that you budget for around £50/person return. 

We will need to have full payment for the transfers 72 hours in advance or if you are happy to do so you can pay along with your final accommodation payment.

Restaurant bookings

Every Wednesday or Thursday evening (whichever suites you best) we have the night off from cooking dinner.  We are very happy to recommend a number of excellent restaurants in Morzine to suit all budgets and we would be very happy to pre book a table for our guests in advance.

Here is a list of restaurants we recommend:

Le Grillon – a warm Savoyard setting in the heart of the village where diners, young and old, will enjoy a wide choice of traditional dishes

La Grange – in a cozy setting in the heart of Morzine, La Grange offers delicious and filling regional dishes which reflect the changing seasons as well as traditional meat and cheese recipes.  Chef Fabrice Broux, who trained with celebrated chef Paul Bocuse, prepares gourmet and Savoyard specialties and serves them in an intimate setting that’s both elegant and rustic.

L’Atelier - Alexandre Baud-Pachon's career has taken him to work in starred restaurants, such as Michel Guérard's " Les Prés d'Eugénie ", " Le Chat Botté " in Geneva, Jean-Pierre Jacob's " Le Bateau Ivre " in Le Bourget du Lac and in Courcheve.  Back in the family establishment since 2001, he now offers refined cuisine which highlights spices and a new approach to local products

Les Airelles – father and son work together in collaboration to create first class cooking in this renowned restaurant.  The cuisine is cordon bleu with alpine specialties as well as meat and fish specialties

Le Clin d’Oeil - is a good choice for traditional regional foods as well as pizza. It’s tucked away in Le Bourg section of Morzine, next to the post office
La Ronde – serves traditional alpine and Savoyard dishes

Creche/Nursery/Babysitting

We are pleased to be able to recommend the following crèche, nursery and babysitting facilities and would strongly recommend booking in advance during peak times as places are highly in demand:

www.esf-morzine.com.  The crèche “Le Club des Piou-Piou” is for children aged 3 to 14 years.  Leisure activities are organized by trained staff, either indoors or outdoors depending on the weather.  Children can also eat there.

www.outa-morzine.com.  The crèche accepts children from 3 months to 6 years.

www.cheekymonkeysmorzine.com.  This nursery provides qualified nannies to care for your children either at our chalet or at theirs.  They also offer babysitting services.

After a long hard day on the slopes what could be better than a massage therapy in the comfort of your own room.  Lucy Moon Massage Therapy can offer treatments tailored to suit your needs.  Choose from back, shoulders, neck, face, legs, feet, arms, hands and abdomen with a selection of blended aromatherapy oils.
